Dr. Lidija graduated with a B.S. from the University of Michigan. She earned her dental degree from Case Western Reserve in Cleveland.
After graduation she was an associate with Dr. Sheldon Plotnik in Trenton, Michigan, for two years before opening her own dental office in Redford, Michigan.
“My dream was to have a small intimate office, so I could provide my patients with more personal attention; being a part of a fast-paced office was never my goal. I always enjoyed talking and getting to know my patients as well as treating their dental needs. I want to treat my dental family as I treat my own family because they are equally important to me.”
Dr. Lidija practiced at her Redford location for over 20 years. She recently moved her office to its present location in Livonia, Michigan, conveniently located off the I-96 expressway on Schoolcraft Road just west of Merriman.
From Dr. Lidija’s assistant, Kelly: “I have been with Dr. Lidija for almost 20 years. I started out as her dental assistant and as the years have gone by I also started to handle the front desk.
“Twenty years is a long time to be a part of this practice. I have become close with many of our patients. I have seen our young patients grow into adults, and we are now treating their children!
“We have amazing patients. I have enjoyed getting to know them and helping Dr. Lidija provide their dental care. For me this is not just a place of employment, but like a home with family and friends. It has been great to see all the growth and changes over the years, and I consider myself lucky to be a part of such an amazing office.”
